Le I de l'article L. 141-1 est complété par deux alinéas ainsi rédigés :
« 10° La section 6 : "Crédit hypothécaire garanti par une hypothèque rechargeable du chapitre III intitulé : "Dispositions communes du titre Ier du livre III ;
« 11° La section 7 : "Sanctions du chapitre IV intitulé : "Prêt viager hypothécaire du titre Ier du livre III. »
