Lorsque, en vue d'une action déterminée, une analyse est requise pour en apprécier l'incidence sur les milieux concernés, ladite analyse précise pour les sédiments marins ou estuariens présents en milieu naturel ou portuaire la qualité de ceux-ci en fonction des niveaux de référence figurant aux tableaux I et II ci-après.
