Vu le décret no 94-167 du 25 février 1994 modifiant certaines dispositions de droit pénal et de procédure pénale, et notamment son article 16,
Arrête:
Art. 1er. - Sont classifiés au niveau Très secret-Défense les secrets de la défense nationale portant l'une des mentions suivantes: Très secret Cosmic,
Cosmic Top secret, Très secret Atomal, Atomal Top secret, Très secret Focal ou Top secret Focal.

Art. 2. - Sont classifiés au niveau Secret-Défense les secrets de la défense nationale portant l'une des mentions suivantes: Secret Otan, Nato Secret, Secret Atomal, Secret Ueo ou Weu Secret.

Art. 3. - Sont classifiés au niveau Confidentiel-Défense les secrets de la défense nationale portant l'une des mentions suivantes: Confidentiel Otan,
Confidentiel Atomal, Atomal Confidential, Nato Confidential, Confidentiel Ueo ou Weu Confidential.
