Vu le décret no 94-167 du 25 février 1994 modifiant certaines dispositions de droit pénal et de procédure pénale, et notamment son article 16,

SONT CLASSIFIES AU NIVEAU TRES SECRET-DEFENSE LES SECRETS DE LA DEFENSE NATIONALE, PORTANT L'UNE DES MENTIONS SUIVANTES: TRES SECRET COSMIC,COSMIC TOP SECRET,TRES SECRET ATOMAL,ATOMAL TOP SECRET,TRES SECRET FOCAL OU TOP SECRET FOCAL.

SONT CLASSIFIES AU NIVEAU SECRET-DEFENSE DANS LES SECRETS DE LA DEFENSE NATIONALE PORTANT L'UNE DES MENTIONS SUIVANTES: SECRET OTAN,NATO SECRET,SECRET ATOMAL,SECRET UEO OU WEU SECRET.

SONT CLASSIFIES AU NIVEAU CONFIDENTIEL-DEFENSE LES SECRETS DE LA DEFENSE NATIONALE PORTANT L'UNE DES MENTIONS SUIVANTES: CONFIDENTIEL OTAN,CONFIDENTIEL ATOMAL,ATOMAL CONFIDENTIAL,NATO CONFIDENTIAL,CONFIDENTIEL UEO OU WEU CONFIDENTIAL.

LES INFORMATIONS VISEES A L'ART. 6 DU DECRET 81514 DU 12-05-1981 COMPRENNENT EGALEMENT LES INFORMATIONS PORTANT L'UNE DES MENTIONS SUIVANTES: DIFFUSION RESTREINTE OTAN,NATO RESTRICTED,DIFFUSION RESTREINTE ATOMAL,ATOMAL RESTRICTED,DIFFUSION RESTREINTE UEO OU WEU RESTRICTED.
