Décret n°96-786 du 10 septembre 1996

Par décision nos 183528, 183571, 183572, 183584 et 183587 du 12 juin 1998, le Conseil d'Etat, statuant au contentieux, a annulé l'article 1er du décret no 96-786 du 10 septembre 1996 relatif au contrôle médical et modifiant le code de la sécurité sociale en tant qu'il prévoit à l'article R. 315-1 dudit code la communication par le service du contrôle médical à la commission ou à la conférence médicale des informations couvertes par le secret médical, l'article 3 en tant qu'il ajoute un article R. 142-7-13 au code de la sécurité sociale et l'article 5 du même décret.
