Par décret en date du 5 mai 1992, la mutation du permis exclusif de recherches d'hydrocarbures liquides ou gazeux, dit <<Permis du Vexin>> (Eure, Oise et Val-d'Oise), accordé par décret du 24 mars 1989 aux sociétés Essorep, Clyde Expro, Gas Council Exploration (devenue British Gas Exploration and Production Limited) et Macmillan Ring Free Oil Company, est autorisée au profit des sociétés Essorep, British Gas Exploration and Production Limited et Pétrole Saint-Honoré, conjointes et solidaires, sans que cette autorisation implique aucune approbation des conditions financières de la mutation.

LA MUTATION DU PERMIS EXCLUSIF DE RECHERCHES D'HYDROCARBURES LIQUIDES OU GAZEUX DIT "PERMIS DU VEXIN" (EURE,OISE ET VAL-D'OISE),ACCORDE PAR DECRET DU 24-03-1989 AUX SOCIETES ESSOREP CLYDE EXPRO,GAS COUNCIL EXPLORATION (DEVENUE BRITISH GAZ EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION LIMITED ET MACMILLAN RING FREE OIL COMPANY,EST AUTORISEE AU PROFIT DES SOCIETES ESSOREP,BRITISH GAZ EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION LIMITED ET PETROLE SAINT-HONORE,CONJOINTES ET SOLIDAIRES,SANS QUE CETTE AUTORISATION IMPLIQUE AUCUNE APPROBATION DES CONDITIONS FINANCIERES DE LA MUTATION.
