Par arrêté du ministre d'Etat, ministre de l'écologie, de l'énergie, du développement durable et de l'aménagement du territoire, et du ministre du budget, des comptes publics et de la fonction publique en date du 29 décembre 2008, sont affectés, à titre définitif, au profit du ministère de l'écologie, de l'énergie, du développement durable et de l'aménagement du territoire et attribués à titre de dotation au Bureau de recherches géologiques et minières, pour l'accomplissement des missions qui lui ont été confiées aux termes du décret du 23 octobre 1959, les divers ensembles immobiliers dans le département de la Moselle et ci-après désignés, et tels qu'ils figurent sur les plans annexés au présent arrêté (1) :

Cette affectation intervient à titre gratuit.
Ces ensembles immobiliers, qui ne sont pas actuellement inscrits au tableau général des propriétés de l'Etat, y seront recensés au profit du Bureau de recherches géologiques et minières.
La dotation s'étendra, le cas échéant, aux constructions ou additions de constructions qui seraient édifiées ultérieurement sur les terrains précités.
L'ensemble de ces immeubles sera remis gratuitement à l'Etat quand prendra fin la dotation.
