Par décret en date du 23 avril 1990, la mutation du permis exclusif de recherches d'hydrocarbures liquides ou gazeux, dit <<Permis de Plaisir>> (Yvelines), attribué par décret du 10 juin 1987 (Journal officiel du 13 juin 1987) aux sociétés BP Petroleum Development Limited (BP-PDL), Française des pétroles BP (devenue BP France), Nationale Elf-Aquitaine (Production) (S.N.E.A.[P.]), Sun Europe Oil Company et Compagnie et Clyde Petroleum, est autorisée au profit des sociétés BP France, BP-PDL, S.N.E.A.(P.), Sun France Oil Company, Clyde Expro, Esso de recherches et d'exploitation pétrolières et Gas Council (Explorations) Limited conjointes et solidaires, sans que cette autorisation implique aucune approbation des conditions financières de la mutation.
