Par décret en date du 20 août 1990, la mutation du permis exclusif de recherches d'hydrocarbures liquides ou gazeux, dit <<Permis de Voulx>> (Seine-et-Marne/Yonne), attribué par décret du 14 novembre 1988 (Journal officiel du 16 novembre 1988) aux sociétés Ultramar Exploration Limited, Dyas B.V. et Triton France, est autorisée au profit des sociétés Ultramar Exploration Limited, Triton France et Pétrole Saint-Honoré, sans que cette autorisation implique aucune approbation des conditions financières de la mutation.

LA MUTATION DU PERMIS EXCLUSIF DE RECHERCHES D'HYDROCARBURES LIQUIDES OU GAZEUX DIT "PERMIS DE VOULX" (SEINE-ET-MARNE,YONNE),ATTRIBUE PAR DECRET DU 14-11-1988 AUX SOCIETES ULTRAMAR EXPLORATION LIMITED,DYAS BV ET TRITON FRANCE,EST AUTORISEE AU PROFIT DES SOCIETES ULTRAMAR EXPLORATION LIMITED,TRITON FRANCE ET PETROLE SAINT-HONORE.
